years. They are presenting two workshops, Saturday afternoon and
Sunday morning. You will learn techniques that will bring grace,
strength, and alignment to your yoga practice (whatever style of yoga
you practice), and you will have fun

40-hour seven-day course is an intensive immersion into the teaching
techniques of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. It is for
teachers wishing to become better, and for practitioners of Ashtanga
Yoga who wish to deepen their practice. As in all courses taught
by Swenson, one of the foremost Ashtanga Yoga teachers in the world,
there will be much laughter and fun, and yet, very little fluff.
