Rob has studied with many of the world's most highly respected teachers and attended numerous conferences and workshops and has his 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. His teaching style has been described as dynamic, inspirational, informative, and accessible to students of all levels, whether it's Powerful Vinyasa Flow, Mellow Hatha, Yin Yoga or a blend. | Danielle Lindberg used to work long, stressful hours behind a computer in the IT industry and tried yoga over 6 years ago, based on a friend's suggestion that it might help balance her work life. After attending her first Flow yoga class, she was hooked! It was so different than she had imagined and left her feeling so much better, inside and out. Last year, she traded in the corporate world (after 19 years!) to dedicate her time and energy to sharing the benefits of yoga full-time. She received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Rolf Gates and also has certifications in Pre-natal and Kid’s Yoga. Danielle is known for her big heart, incredible attention to detail, and for her creativity. She believes that yoga is a microcosm of life—noting that we begin in child’s pose, end in corpse, and that we choose how to handle the poses in between...some poses will come easy, and others we have to simply breathe through and remember that they will pass. |
