Our vision is a center where students feel welcome and where the instruction is first rate.  Our classes serve beginners through advanced students, including special classes for pregnant women and new mothers.

     We offer classes every day of the week in downtown Winter Park, in the Orlando area.  We offer basic and intermediate hatha yoga and a full complement of Ashtanga Yoga classes.

     Our classes are ongoing; you may start anytime.  Just show up.  If it is your first class with us, we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes early.
